The NetBenefits "Health of Pages" Standardization Tool (HOPs) set out to be the Workplace Investing business unit's one-stop-shop on gauging the health of a page within the NetBenefits product ecosystem.
While sharing visuals of HOPs is against Fidelity's content sharing policy, I can speak to some of the success and responsibilities as the lead designer on the project.
Some of responsibilities include:
- Design of the dashboard interface, survey tool, reporting functionality, and self-assessment remediation report
- Collaboration with engineering and content partners to ensure standards and solution documentation stays current
